Five Sixty hosted a Texas Wagyu & Texas Whiskey dinner on May 10th. The evening featured a cocktail reception with light bites, followed by a delicious four-course tasting dinner prepared by Executive Chef Jacob Williamson, with multiple whiskey pairings accompanying each course. The dinner showcased the best wagyu and whiskey the state has to offer, with pairings that were met with rave reviews.
