Light Farms, a multi-family development in far north Dallas with a focus on community, lifestyle and family, brought on SMPR to tell the story of the community through an experience for residents and locals from surrounding neighborhoods to get a taste of the Light Farms lifestyle. SMPR developed a strategy to build upon the food focused programming at Light Farms to create a more robust farmer’s and artisanal market featuring local food producers and makers. The market has grown over the course of two years to increase in frequency and multiply in attendance. At the end of 2017, the Light Farms market grew to almost 3,500 attendees and up to 70 vendors at the final Holiday Market. In addition, the market continues to further the client’s brand message of community, family, and lifestyle through neighbors coming together to enjoy their local market.
