Mockingbird Station

Dallas based Mockingbird Station and CBRE brought on SMPR to find creative programming to highlight the shopping center and their retailers. With the use of an ample outdoor activation space, SMPR was able to create a year-long activation calendar featuring a variety of events to attract surrounding demographics. Events included a successful puppy yoga, outdoor live music series, movie series, outdoor small artisanal market, and much more. The events generated local traffic and livened up the center throughout the year.
