Maryland-based North Bethesda Market and CBRE brought on SMPR to find creative programming to highlight the shopping center and their retailers. With the use of an ample plaza location, SMPR was able to create a year-long activation calendar featuring a variety of events to attract surrounding demographics. Events included a successful spring time and fall yoga series, summertime movies in the plaza, dog adoption event, Fall Pumpkin Festival and a holiday tree-lighting and pictures with Santa. The events generated local traffic and livened up the plaza and center throughout the year.
