L’Oréal – NYX Professional Makeup engaged SMPR as their events agency for the opening of their brick and mortar stores throughout the Southeast, East and Midwest. Our team was responsible for all event coordination, goodie bag procurement, and line management throughout each weekend’s launch. We were charged with conceptualizing the grand opening weekend, creating in-mall experiences and activations to drive awareness and traffic, manage lines for “first in line” offers and YouTube Influencer meet-ups, and much more. We also supported NYX Professional Makeup’s influencer meet ups with step & repeat and line management, photographer staffing, wristband distribution, and influencer gift management.
