Phillips Creek Ranch

SMPR produced a free family event with music, food and entertainment for all ages to enjoy celebrating the grand opening of Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco, TX. We worked in conjunction with a well-known child entertainer to bring him to Texas and catered food from a local restaurant in Frisco. We also coordinated tours of all the model homes in 3 subdivisions within the community so guests could get a firsthand look of the new community. To promote the event, we created and coordinated a direct mail program targeted at 8,000 homes. We also utilized contacts from the entertainer’s mailing list, created calendar listings, and a Facebook event page to help promote the event. The Phillips Creek Ranch Grand Opening Party was a success with over 1,000 people attending the event.
