Celebrated global brand Wolfgang Puck engaged with SMPR to reintroduce Puck to the Dallas market. Wolfgang Puck tasked SMPR with building excitement and awareness surrounding Puck’s grand reentrance to the market through his Wolfgang Puck Catering and Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining divisions. Both of Wolfgang Puck’s Dallas concepts were going into historic buildings in the city: Reunion Tower and Union Station. In keeping with the integrity of both locations and Puck’s brand, SMPR recommended a comprehensive marketing and public relations plan inclusive of a press conference, media relations, event execution and the implementation of VIP programs at the restaurant. As a result, Wolfgang Puck was able to engage with key media and influencers in the market, leading to over six years of continued success, creating one of the most recognized and respected restaurant names in the industry. SMPR continues to work with this global brand to innovate and captivate the Dallas market.
