DIFFA (Design Industry Foundation Fighting AIDS) is a national non-profit organization, which SMPR has supported their Dallas chapter for over a decade. SMPR is retained to execute media relations for the organization and their diverse set of high profile events leading up to the annual House of DIFFA black tie gala each year. SMPR executes all press announcements, develops tailored press lists for invites, schedules and attends all media appointments, negotiates and fulfills media sponsorships and buying, creates pitch angles for various press throughout the year, manages the red carpets, and much more. The non-profit has been able to utilize this extensive coverage to secure large sponsorships and attract VIP attendees all resulting in raising more funds for their cause.
